How is this outfit NOT slutty? It's EXTREMELY slutty! Think about it: it's a TUBE top (atleast it's not showing her MIDRIFF!), a MINI skirt, and high-heeled boots. This look is so cheap! I like Hilary, too, but this time is trash! Also, what's the deal with the color combination?
It belongs on the "How would YOU wear it?" section--a mini skirt with long sleeves or a tube top with jeans and a cardigan--class it up a bit, no matter WHAT weather you're in! These individual pieces are stylish, but not together!
