Black Canary is one of my favorites. She rides a motorcycle, has kick-ass martial arts skills, and is known for her "Canary Cry," a sonic scream that can destroy! This badass costume costs only $98.83.

That's pretty much perfect! Although I'm more of a Marvel girl, myself. I'd love to be Emma Frost this year, but the $90 officially licensed costume is out of my range.
