5 Under $50: Puffed Sleeves
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm kind of loving the strong shoulder trend. It's not like in the 80's, where women were walking around looking like linebackers. Nowadays, the bold shoulders are streamlined but dramatic. Puffed sleeves are less dramatic than shoulder pads but are still flattering and fun.
