I work at a high end salon where all we're allowed to wear is black also... BUT the good thing is that we can have pops of color so maybe layer a solid color tank + accessories or scarves (check if you're allowed)...
I also make headbands (which i sometimes coordinate with my outfits) to just add a little something extra! good luck & congrats on the new job!!! :]
