First thing's first: I dig the hair. The bright color might look wacky on someone else, but it looks perfect or Ri-ri. And the length is so much softer and more flattering than the semi-mohawk.
But the outfit? A world of no. The world doesn't need to see your bra, Rihanna, especially when it's paired with my jeans from 1993.

I have a request, um i've been looking for a dress but i haven't been able to find any because it's getting colder and there's no cute dresses that are okay to wear when it's cold. Do you know of any?
Did Rihanna borrow her outfit from Miley? Anyway, this isn't a good outfit on her. Doesn't bring the fierce Rihanna in her.
